These terms apply to your use of OF Agency Rankings at ofagencyrankings.com. By using the site, you agree to them. The site is published by Fan Fusion LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("we", "us").
1. What the site is
OF Agency Rankings compares OnlyFans management agencies on how much they publish about their terms, using a fixed rubric (currently v1.0). Scores measure how much an agency publishes, not how well it performs or whether it can be trusted. Guides explain common contract terms in general.
2. Our interest
Fan Fusion LLC also operates Fan Fusion, an OnlyFans management agency that is listed and ranked on this site. We therefore have a financial interest in the results. Our disclosure page explains this in full and forms part of these terms.
3. Not advice
Nothing on the site is legal, tax, financial or business advice, and no professional relationship is created by using it. Before signing any agreement, read it in full and, where appropriate, get advice from a qualified professional where you live. Decisions you make about any agency, including ours, are your own.
4. Accuracy and dates
Every score and fact on the site is based on public pages as they appeared on the check date shown next to it. Agencies change their websites, and information may be out of date by the time you read it. We work to keep the site accurate, recheck every agency at least every 30 days, and correct errors publicly through our corrections process, but we do not guarantee that every item is complete, current or free of error. Please check the source link and the agency's current terms before relying on anything.
5. Agencies' own statements
Quotes and claims from agencies' websites, including statements about earnings or results, are the agencies' own words. We show them so you can see what each agency says; we do not check or endorse them.
6. Data and content reuse
- Our data files are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0). Please credit them as described on the data page, including the publisher disclosure.
- The text, design and code of the site are © Fan Fusion LLC unless stated otherwise. You may quote short passages with a link to the source page.
- Short quotes from agency websites remain the property of those agencies.
7. Names and trademarks
Agency names are used only to identify the agencies we describe. Each name belongs to its owner, and its use here does not suggest any sponsorship or approval by that agency. OnlyFans is a trademark of its owner; this site is not connected with or approved by OnlyFans.
8. Links to other sites
We link to agencies' websites, public registers and other sources. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Links to Fan Fusion's website carry rel="nofollow", so search engines do not treat them as endorsements.
9. Using the site
You may read, link to, quote and cite the site freely. Automated access, including by search engines and AI assistants, is welcome within the limits set in our robots.txt file. Please do not interfere with the site's operation, overload it, or try to access anything that is not publicly published.
10. Limits of liability
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Fan Fusion LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content, including any decision to work or not to work with any agency. Some places do not allow certain limits on liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

We may update these terms. Changes are recorded on our updates page, and the version published on the site is the one that applies.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of the place you live gives you protections that cannot be waived.
